Ditched HIDs (Photoshoot inside)
Tuesday, May 10, 2011 6:54 PM
Well guys I made the decision to ditch my HIDs. Shooting glare at other drivers getting lights flashed at me is over with. The projectors fit horrible so those are gone. Ive learned to appreciate halogen lights a lot more. Besides I see too many cars in my town with HIDs in factory headlight housings and most of them are rather.....umm....ricey. Lol Cant think of another word to use so I dont mean to offend anyone. Since my drop on the Teins I havent really taken good photos so I took some today and decided to post. My car is daily driven like this and the ride is great if anyone wonders. The lip is a little dirty in the daytime pics.

my only complaint is the rubber lip. seems a bit much with the TRD front. Love the car though

glad there are some people who think like i do with HID in stock halogen headlights.
you should really get in on the group purchase with john benham for projector headlights.

you know if you lower the rear more the front lip will be moved further off the ground. give you a better stance also. looks good tho.

Hahaha, screw other drivers, I love my HIDs in factory housings The car looks good. It has seen such a transformation over the last year. And I agree, if you could go lower in the rear, that would be great.
