nice backseat
the stereo install looks like @!#$. everything else looks good, especially the bronze z wheels
im thinking about getting a sunfire interior just cuz of the awesome tweeter area
looks good!
at least the girl was a good sport about it!
lol , ya I put the tweeters like that on propose seems to be the best location out of every spot I tried to put it lol, and yes thats my fiance, she stayed in the car, she didnt want to model(strange for an asian lol).Mike you have to be careful with Sunfires, the actual door panels when got them did not have the tweeter pod in there I have to remove from an 02, and install it in there so its an extra piece.and yes backseat picture did not turn out like I wanted, I am debating putting exhaust sound click in there, I have one when washed the car, trying to find good location to do a driveby.

I noticed the same thing, where did you find that and how does it bolt up?

Paying someone to install parts and bragging about it being fast, is like watching someone bang your wife and being proud to raise their kids.
yes brad the early sunfires had them, and yes there is a clip that indexes into a square hole in the roof frame.
Rrrrreeeeeeeaaaaaaaaallllllyyyyyyyyy......
This is good to know. Do all J's have the square hole in the roof?

ALL jbodies have the holes and mounting for them, BUT 95-97.5 sunfires had them, and only certain models, unless you guys gonna make me get off my butt and go show you pictures how to do it, MOST of the sunfires used a tan handle, the black panel and handle seems more and more rare to find, I have only seen 3 ever. so yes the handle, and panel or OEM, Im missing a clip/Cover as you can tell, leaving it alone until I find one, I also have a nice lip the might be going on as I found out techniq lip wasnt the only one for the z lol, there were some other being made but not advertised
(yes trying to get one). just like the self thing I have on the black panel hard to find also as I was thinking of modding one for an experiment. Im not sure about spacers yet, as Im not sure how long keeping the rims on it, just like the rims using for the slicks are a funny color( those to come this summer). Im focusing on performance again then the red sh!tfire lol

I want an OH @!#$ handle in my car. I actually have a friend that complains about me not having one. I will have to be looking for early sunfires then. Hey Spencer, Any more info (or AJ B) on what years to look for? Do you know if they came in beige?
I replied before I saw your post AJ B. lol
lol, I will see if I can track down the numbers, I believe less then 500 per year, and I BELIEVE only SE and GT versions had then, the GT was what I pulled mine out of, and the biege one I have sitting in the back of my car came out of 96 Sunflower, SE with 2.4, I had the numbers somewhere, just like the back headliner only came out 95-97 I believe and only half of them have the self piece and out of that half....only half had the handle lol
, it is more then handle though so you know,

your pics dont do your cav any justice im sure. but that lighting is horrible
All J's don't have both of the holes needed to mount the handle. I got one out of a Sunfire for my 96 Cav. It has one hole that matches up, I would have to cut the other one somehow if I wanted to use it.. which I do, that's why I got the damn thing, haha. I'll get to it one of these days..
* * BIG FOR SALE POST * *
I got a headliner out of a 2000 Sunfire GT just for the alien dome light and the map pocket....or I use mine for insurance papers....LOL. Plus it had a grab handle. Now this headliner and grab handle was tan. I just sprayed everything with vinyl black dye in a can. Looks awsome. Only thing is when I unscrewed the grab handle from the donor car the little square piece that goes into the square hole in the roof popped inside the roof and I couldn't hook it out. So now I can't put the grab handle in my Sunfire cause I don't have that small bracket piece. I've been searching old scrapped sunfire around my area and can't any with the grab handle, that sucks.

All J's 95-05 have the space to bolt them in. I had one in my 03 also.

ya that pictures were done with whatever the lighting I had was taken in the afternoon, still better shots then I normally take, waituntill you see what else shes getting that Im picking up
,and yes ALL Jbody cares have the squares, at least all the ones I have seen, there are 2 square holes, a square plug for both, a steel straight piece, and the handles with the plastic covers at the end, easy to install, just not so easy to find, I have one spare, and one installed, and another in the trunk of the fiance's car lol
. hmmm so I guess year 2000 had them to:S I learn something new. Im going to be getting another black headliner soon with another black @!#$ handle so will be nice
