Well, Ive had this car for 4 years now. It started as a pizza delivery vehicle. Now that i have stepped my game up to a UPS driver, I can put some more time into it. This is its current state
Just modded the control arms this weekend. Going to powder coat in a week or two
Modified air struts and 3400 swap to come
meh why not, front needs to be lower
Mod the rear arm! I hate how the rear goes forward when you go down...
Not feelin the wheels so much

front will be going lower the rear will be going lower as well
not sure if im gonna extend the rear axel, i like the wheels going foward
who knows though, tastes always change
as far as the wheels i have always owned wire wheels and i always will
just love that old school classy look
i just installed my extended rear axle in the fall , great mod, also allows me to ride lower in the rear. Wheels are centered great when its down.
I think maybe if the lips were flat black and it had flat black centers (points with no knock-off look) the rims could work. I've had a little bit of a soft spot for wire wheels done in certain ways

Sweet. Do you have any pics of your air set up?

lol and me either... I've never been a huge lowrider fan at all, plus a J doesn't seem like the right platform, but I'm interested to see how this turns out...

The fact that not many people like it and it doesnt seem to be the right platform for a lowrider build, means Im doing it right. Dont want to be Like anyone else. Its so hard anymore to do anything to a car that someone else hasent already done. The body work will be getting done last. here is a pic of my air setup. 5 gallon tank, dual viair 480s, 3/8 parker valves, 1/2 dot air line. I will also be re plumbing all the lines, hiding all the valves and compressors, and cleaning up all the wiring
Its all a work in progress. Im hoping to only have the air tank in the trunk when im finished.
fits right in around here with the weird trendz! green wheels yo!
If it takes forever.... I will die trying. Underdog Racing

DOPER.
Please please, put white wall tires on those wires!
It could work out to look pretty good, go with the 13" wire rim with wide white wall tires and you will be on point. My second car ever owned was a lowrider. Can't wait to see the build done.
