No, not kids as I know many of you were probably thinking, but cars. Yes, me and my fiancee, out of pure luck I swear lol, have matching cars.
Today we went and bought her 2000 Cavalier Z24 Convertible. Paid $3900 for it, it has 109,000 on the dash, and runs pretty solid. There are a few quirks in the car like the rear view mirrior had fallen from the windsheild, the right front strut mount rattles, and it needs a new headlight switch, but down from 4995 at a dealer lot isnt bad in cash. Pretty much, and I hate to admit it, her car is in better shape then mine lol. We even found the top cover in the truck (damn her) lol. We did figure out that the car has a remote start (the dealer owner who sold us the car didnt even know) when we got back to my house which she loved, and everything seems to be working good. I only have one pic so far, and its from her cell phone, but im thinking this weekend when I get mine cleaned up, ill get a shot of the "Twins" lol

So far she wants to play with it a little, debadging it, removing the dealer logos and such, removing the pin stripes, and maybe the side mouldings. I have a set of clear lights im gonna throw on it, and I may order her some clear corner lights for christmas. But shes thinking already of painting it black. Since mine is pretty much all white and im gonna go all white (Maybe) and hers has the black top with the black cloth interior shes thinking black on the exterior, and do the total opposite of my car. Makes sense almost, and she loves dark colored cars, so whatever she wants lol. Not sure if she wants to do a nice body kit, but we will see if thats what she wants. Ill update this post if we get a shot of the Twins this weekend lol. And yes guys, I swear 100% that this was just luck. Got a great deal on the car and just couldnt say no.

The red one we sold 2 weeks ago for 1250
so I let it go lol. And thanks!! I want to do the eco 5 speed swap but I gotta see how money is.

Actually the red one was only 1, I had my white one, now my girls white one, and the parts vert was what also. And if your ever feeling the need to get those parts used, feel free to donate to my cause

cats keep pissing on my stars and i also wanted to see how 215s fit with my car this low, a little more spacing all around and rubbing will be a thing of the past. right now it doesnt rub even 3/4s as much as the 225s did.

You know what, quit ur bitching lol. My car is soo damn dirty and beat up right now, I caught my front bumper lip when it was snowing and peeled a good amount of paint off and now that needs to be redone, and I got a chunk of side skirt missing. So yeah
But she will get there, just gonna take some time
And ur talking about a bath for ur car, dude if I took a picture of my car, it would make u cry, litereally. I havent washed her since november-ish lol sooo yeah lol. I did find some sweet wheels on ebay, but they dont fit our lug pattern so I was pissed at that, but oh well. Like I said, soon enough it will be there. Money will start opening up very soon, I hope.

I may have too. Once the money thing opens up. If all goes well, I should be able to start modding hard in Jan-Feb time. Which will include first and foremost turbo or eco swap with 5 speed, air ride, wheels. Then Ill just keep adding as it goes on. But again its going to depend on money. i know when taxes are around it just means that Ill have some money for mods
