Went to the JY today, and found an '03-05 LS Sport. Wrong color, but I grabbed the rear bumper anyway. I couldn't resist at $35. I was going to grab the side skirts too, but I wasn't sure if the 4-doors are the same as the 2-door skirts. Can anyone confirm this? I held one of my 4-door skirts up to the side of the 03-05 LS Sport 2-door, and they looked like they were interchangeable, possibly even the same? Also, does anyone know if 2-door door handles are the same as 4-door handles? I may go back next weekend and pull the 03-05 side skirts from the one I got the bumper from. Too bad that car was hit pretty hard in the front and ruined the front bumper, otherwise I would be doing an 03-05 LS Sport front swap too.
While I was there, I ran across two 00-02 LS Sports, both of which had the rear lips in good condition, so I bought one of the lips (the bumper itself was ruined, someone leaned an axle up on it and poked a hole in it) but I figured maybe someone on here was looking for a nice silver 00-02 LS Sport rear lip. Unfortunately neither had a front lip or a bumper cover that had fog lights.
Is there any interest in 00-02 lips? Or did I waste my time pulling it? haha.
tabs figured out that the both the left and right side skirts are identical. and people are running coupe sides on sedans and vice versa. same with all other skirts on jbodys minus the sunfire sides.
Sweet! Do you know if the 03-05 LSS sides are any "taller" than the 00-02 LSS sides?

really? i always thought the 03-05's were a tad larger like the lips.
I held the side skirts up to the car with the bumper cover resting on the stock bumper and the height looked the same but since it isn't really mounted I couldn't tell (Plus I didn't feel like taking the factory mudflaps off the front at the moment)
The two 00-02 LSS's at the JY had different skirts, one was a coupe and the other a sedan. The sedan skirts (that I took) were thick all the way (like the 03-05 LSS coupe skirts) and the 00-02 coupes thinned out at the center. Not sure if I'd like that look with the 03-05 LSS rear. :shrugs:
good job love flat rate yards! I just scored a header, vert bar, and a set of lambo doors(i know) all for $18.

00-02 z24s have the thinned center and the 02 lss (eco) has the same as the 03-05lss. Awesome score man

Ahh, that might explain it... maybe it was a Z24. I never really looked that closely.
Either way, all I need now is a 00-02 front bumper with the dang fog light holes and a lip to go with it. lol

z24's and 02 ls coupes had the same (z24 sides). the 4 door 02 ls had the same as the 03-05's. coupe's and sedan's of the 03-05's are the same.
