Well Ive had this Sunfire for a couple years now. Never really done anything to it. 1995 SE, only 98000km right now but when i got 2 years ago it had only 50,000 all stock and 1 original owner. Now my girlfriends neighbor backed out of her driveway and slammed into it and paid cash to get it fixed. , Now I have pics of Before, During, After. Got the damage priced out to 1400$ to do body work and repaint only the Drivers side. I took 1000$ cash and Found a guy to do the body work and repaint the car for 700$ I got the entire car repainted to Viper Blue with 25mg of Metalic Flake, unfortunately it was a dull day when i took the picture so the car isn't sparkling Then I bought 17in Konig Verdicts for 500 with almost new rubber on them, chrome tuner lugs, and had my painter paint the rims black and my drums and calipers silver. Here are the Pics:

wow you made another post of exactly the same thing? why?
Paint job looks terrible IMO, looks like you can see the purple through the blue, especially on the passenger door.

Im gonna have to agree, even for a 700 dollar paint job.

i agree with everyone else, this is a horrible paint job, my father has done body work for almost 30 years, and ive been doing body work with him for the past 3 years, who ever painted it doesnt know what there doing, or they didnt give a @!#$ 1 of the 2
They painted all your weatherstrips and windshield moldings and the paint looks blotchy as hell. Not too bad for 700 bucks but don't expect it to last at all. It will peel and dull even more within the year.
What everyone is actually seeing is the primer under the base. The base most likely had a very bad coverage and the person probobly did not have enough paint or painted it in low light and did not notice it.
I don't want to be a dick, but you got screwed. You should have just had a respectable shop fix the damaged side correctly instead of having somebody spray the entire car incorrectly. From the pictures you posted it looks like he didn't do enough coats, take things apart, or spend enough time masking. Every piece of rubber that he painted will peel.
