Oil Change snafu

Alrighty fellas, lets play a guessing game!

Long story short, my mom had a oil change done today and on her way home she had a mysterious clunking noise in the right front. Worried, she calls me and I assist in trying to figure out whats wrong when we get the car back to the house.

The noise is most definitely on the other side of that wheel!

What is that??

It can't be.... !!!

Needless to say, it looks like the tech left the oil wrench/ratchet on the filter which at some point dropped on top of the cv axle and brake lines. Not only did the tech leave it there, but he never changed the filter, just the oil! At least I got a $80 dollar Snap-On ratchet for free (already have one).

Now you just need to go back, raise hell, and demand a refund since the filter was never changed!!! And don't tell them about the ratchet.

I think bigfoot is blurry,
that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra
scary to me. There's a large, out-of-focus monster, roaming the countryside.
