if you can afford it, go all out and get birch ply. Lighter AND stronger than MDF. You're car isn't half assed one bit, so if you can afford the best, get the best.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

Of course you post this AFTER I pick up 2 sheets of MDF
I'm going to stick with MDF on this build since I already have it but I'll keep that in mind for future builds.

how big of a box do you need for that beast?
Manufacturer suggests around 6 cubic feet ported and tuned to 34 hz I'm building a 4.75 Ft3 ported and tuned at 33.6 hz. The sub displacement is like .395 Ft3

Massive box, when your not playing tunes out of it, you can use it to hold tools, lol.
goodbye trunk. Damn that thing is huge.
I hope to god youre sealing around that back.
You talking about the gap on the box in the second to last picture? I just didn't have it screwed down and sealed yet in that picture. Or do you mean like wall it off? If that's the case I plan on sealing the opening to kind of wall it off.

Hope you don't like your eardrums!
I am curious to know what amp you intend to run, and is that 8 ga. attached right to the coils? Sweet!
(I would suggest some additional bracing in that box, 3/4 MDF is strong, but not invincible.)
