With just a couple weeks left until the bash, I figured I will make a progress thread like everybody else to show what's going on. Sadly my car will not be at the bash. I will be rollin the Trailblazer SS solo this year, Sorry guys no party trailer . It's all good though, this gives me a chance to really look at everybody else's car and enjoy those.
Thanks to Jason for my HO springs and Clyde for my Titanium retainers, Brandon Fetter for my Intake flange.
New mods for 2010 include:
Ross intake manifold with Velocity stacks assembled by my fabricator Chris.
3" cold side charge piping
75mm LS1 Tb
HO cams, 2.3 HO springs, TI retainers
1100cc FIC EV14 Bosch style injectors
Racetronix harness
Walbro booster pump
-8 feed line from tank up with Jegs high performance filter
Turbo will be water cooled
Sorry about the organization, most pics were not taken at the same time. Current state of the manifold is that it and the charge pipes are at the polisher.
As you can see on the charge pipe that you can't see the BOV or IAT sensor, that's because it is on the bottom side of the pipe
, gotta keep it clean.
EDIT, wow how did i forget these? lol
Cooling lines installed
EV14 1100cc Injectors
Nothin much to see here since its under the car, I followed the brake lines up.
That's it for now, I will be updating this thread of course with more pics.
Thanks for looking.

god all you guys are slow with these retainers. only the cool people bought them over a year ago.
looks great dave! i am so pumped to see the dyno results and jesus... i bout crapped my pants when you gave me a ride LAST YEAR i cant imagine this beast with freaking ho cams and an intake manifold designed for boost. 300whp? pffft. 450+ plz
u best rep the auto's well my son.
ps, be sure not to jack ur car up near that new line/filter. that could 'spill' disater real fast!
180hp in 1989 or 145hp in 2002, you decide. >
HMMMMMMMMM
I may come a day early to go visit and hump it

I think bigfoot is blurry,
that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra
scary to me. There's a large, out-of-focus monster, roaming the countryside.
"Run! He's fuzzy!" "Get outta here!"

MC, of course its gonna be polished, its there now
Thanks Jason
Brad I know, I know I was one of the slow ones with these retainers lol. Yea im hoping to hit 400whp this year, afterall that was my goal back in 06
My fuel line angles towards the center of the car at the halfway point, so its very clear from where I jack the car up.
Jeffie, hurry, my car humps back

Awesome updates for this year man! I thought about doing a sheetmetal intake mani for quite awhile but just never went for it. I would really like to see the difference on a dyno that a sheetmetal mani makes over a ported HO with a 75mm TB on it.

We gained 17 hp with same amount of boost and less timing.
David the engine/intake manifold looks great! Did you clean it or does it never get dirty? If its not cleaned you need to get that @!#$ out more
