Hello,
My buddy took some decent photos of the car on the weekend...figured I would share.
The last one is definitly my favorite.
C/C
love the wheels but they need to be gun metal that would be sweet...
The color of the wheels really pops in the second pic. I like!

looks really good with those wheels in that color.
Sexy pictures. Normally I wouldn't like the wheels but the sky and overall coloring just really make the car pop.
Last pic looks amazing...
nice, some stock wheels, looks good, stocks the way to go now days!
haha looks good buddy, cant wait to take mine to the track... this summer should be interesting!!!
13.22 @ 105.2
Thanks guys!
The wheels seem to be a love them or hate them thing....I just happen to absolutely love them..lol
The gold is alot brighter than the pics...it matches great with the dark red.
Thanks for the comments tho!
very nice, now stop playing show car and get that thing to run 13.910 @ 99.78.
(guesstimate of course.
)
180hp in 1989 or 145hp in 2002, you decide. >
haha it was a spur of the moment thing...my buddy was in the mood to take pictures and it just so happened I had waxed my car the day before for the first time in about and year and a half!!!
I figured it might be one of my last chances to get some nice photos of it with it being clean and shinny....LOL
Next 1/4 mile track day isn't till the end of August....gonna try and plan something sooner however.
13.xx or BUST! LOL
Lookin' good Dave
Lemme know if you plan something in the weeks to come, even a test and tune day. I could possibly get a day over the weekend to run,

Very nice, beautiful place to take pics. What camera did you use?
Not to thread jack, but this was a high end camera. Still couldn't get all the reflections like you seemed to capture.

I'm pretty sure my buddy was shooting with a Canon Rebel XSi....thats whats coming to mind....I don't know much about cameras...lol
These photos are actually HDR's....they are just done the proper way to make the picture/lighting look realistic instead of the way people now do HDR's to make the photos look fake (for lack of a better word).
I also am pretty sure all of them where done with a wide angle lens.
I'm glad some others like the 00-02' SFGT wheels....I hardly ever see anyone run them so I thought they would be slightly different while still keeping the "stock" clean look.
As for the gold, it brings out the orange metallic in the paint..it looks awesome in the right sunlight. I had gunmetal wheels before and it definitely dulled the look of the paint and overall the whole car.
Thanks for the comments guys!
Awesome pictures man!!!

It sure did capture that huge dent in the door. lol
Great Photos! I have to get myself a better camera!
the pictures are hott!
the wheels......well that's another story! lol but if you like them then hey
awesome pictures, they look unbelievable.
I love these pictures...they are just sick! Being a recreational photographer I would like to know a little more about how he captured these. Did he use any lens filters (Polarized, UV, Neutral Density, etc), and also what software did he use to merge to HDR? Thanks and tell him "great job!"
I love it! Clean and simple like it should be. I personally love the look of the '00-'02 GT wheels. The gold goes great with the color of the car. Beautiful 'fire for sure
