8 psi with m62 and IAT under 100
Since that big ass engine fits in there, why not put a small block in there? Im sure the hood MIGHT be able to stay stock with a small block. It will also sit lower in the bay I think. I may try this lol.

It's already been done. I don't know if he's a member on here or not, but there's a guy with a powder blue 95-99 with base bumpers, etc., and a 90's LT1 engine in it. He's got a factory hood on it, too.
Your right, now that you mention it, I remember the car but not what the engine bay actually looks like.

From the pictures of the powder blue V8 Cav, It looked like it was mounted to an S-10 frame.
96 Cavfire and a tubbed Astro
I would like to see a LSX motor swap that can be driven on the street

Very nicely done, though a bit much I'd think, lol.
i agree the yellow car is no good, nice try but damn at least make it look like it sets in it.
there was thread about a bash and i remember a picture with a hood popped open just a little then there was a close up and there was a lt1 in there

Well, Unless you want pics of rwd v8's with J'body shaped engine covers, That pretty much covers them all for a 3rd gen as far as I know.
This thread kinda sucks.
