i decided to start a build tread for summer time.i will have the whole season to make it ready for paint(4 september).so i will try to update every week or so.starting now!
mod list before paint:
leather interior
new carpet
paint interior correctly
shaved:handle,locks,gas door,antenna etc...
mold a lip to my rear z24 bumper(see pics)
front swap sunfire 03-05 with projector and H.I.D's
paint calipers
maybe neon disc brake swap(very hard to find in my area)
replace windshield
replace tinted on my windows
...
on with the first uptade pics:

got it at u-pull for 20$:roflwtf: it is just mock up there nothing is fixed.
and of course fitment issues...

to fix all of that fitment problem i will be using the "great stuff" then carved it and then send it to upholstery

for the taillights its pretty easy to do
if you have some aftermarket lights just shoot them with red duplicolor metalcast paint
one can is enough for all of them

since i had my hand full of foam SH!T i couldnt take pics of the epic fail in my car...
but i took pic of the new way im going to do:
i used the old seat for better fitment

with some spray adhesive and extra foam and then cut every exess foam off nicely
