yeah i think it is, first i thought real because of the shadow, but look how the car is leaning on both sides, both sides cant lean like that at the same time, makes no sense. Also look at the sun shining on the body how can it shine on both sides of the car like that, impossible unless we have 2 suns?
i could be wrong though if someone could prove it that would be pretty wild to see

hmmm, you can see that only one side of the car has a motor. One end is sitting up a lot higher, could be fake who knows.

reminds me of a picture i saw in an old Motor Trend or Car and Driver. It was two Yugos welded together like that but both drivetrains still worked. The owner called it a "Yugo your way, I'll go mine". I think about it every now and then.
