So we were workin on my buddies goat today and he decided to take his spoiler off of his car. he liked the look of it without the spoiler and decided to keep it off. i thought about what it might look like on my cavy b/c it would hang out over the side and could stick out from the back to match how the back bumper sticks out just a little bit. here are some pictures of just sticking it up there and snapping some idea photos. let me know what you guys think. all opinions welcome. good or bad, just say what ya think.

It looks good from the side, but a little hard to tell from the back angle you posted. Seems like it might be a little too wide.

Nah, stay spoilerless, looks WAY cleaner. I like the black trunk man, but paint the keyhole! I did that to mine, looks much better! And I'm diggin the gold paint on the wheels now, looks great!

I think the spoiler could look good.

I really like the wheels on your car, but not feeling the taillights, at least black out the outers too or put some stockers/toyo tails in there.

I really like it, do you think you could get more pics? How do the feet line up with the trunk? In the second pic, it looks like the right side is in the right place, but was the spoiler centered? I would assume that the GTO is a bit wider than the cav.

I really like this spoiler, so much so that I am tempted to try it on my cav as well... And I have never done any exterior mods, so that's saying something lol!

I've been wondering about this for my sunfire.

i say wrap it in carbon fiber and get a carbon fiber trunk and get that lil black
part of ur bumber wrapped in carbon fiber too and it would look tits...

this off course being a long process.... not saying to get it done over night or anything...

It wouldn't look too bad, if you cut some "inches" out of the center...perhaps 4 or 5..?..I like the color of the GTO..

id go for it... i park next to a silver gto at my work everyday and ive thought about it....

it maybe too wide though... thats the only thing i was unsure of...

i kinda like it....wonder how it would look it you color matched the lines like do black over the trunk and white over the fenders on the spoiler!

i'll have to take some more pictures this weekend. the spoiler is at buddies house. left without it and he went back to nashville to school so i'll get it friday when hes back in town. gonna get some good pictures and see what i think. i like the idea of trying to match the lines. even thought about leaving the trunk black with black tail lights and painting the wing white to match. not sure yet what im going to do. or if i want to paint my trunk back white with black out tails and paint spoiler white. not sure yet. thanks for all your advice and comments. its not too wide on the car. it actually looked and fit very well with the body lines and all. thinkin if i slide the wing back some hanging off the back of the trunk a little bit to flow with the back bumper i wont need to get rid of my antenna. but if i do i'll just shave it. i'll get some more pics up this weekend but this is the only other picture i had. its a little lower than the other picture for the angle but not much different.

i took some pics a while back when someone was asking , but took them on top of the low boy spoiler , the spoiler is forsale 50.00 plus shipping

the legs won't come off of those will they? I was lookin at these and celica spoilers... which look alot alike. Looks like it flows pretty well, but it's hard to tell just far it sticks out without a straight shot of the back.

02_redbadged. yea im gonna black them out. inners are already blacked and gonna do the outside ones also. just doing small things with the time that i have off of work to try to get my car to the way i want it to look. testing out new looks which is why the trunk is black and just trying to see how i like it. i can picture it but would rather just do it and see it. not sure if i want to paint hood black or not. im so tired of waxing all my buddies cars that are black and then the next day bugs are all over them and they look like crap again. so probly just gonna stay white on hood and paint trunk back to white and paint my gto spoiler white also. then just get ready for my front lip.
