This year has been a very bad year for me. I was laid off, then got a job that consumed my entire life for the past ferw months. Started off the year with breaking the eintire final drive and spider gears out of my trans. Replaced the trans with a low milage (16k) and filled it with AMSOIL Full Synthetic ATF.
Got that fixed and bought a few thousand worth of new audio.
All my gear has been sitting for months in a stack in my room. To be installed SOOOON!!!
Got a 1st shift job and now I'm back in the groove. A very late start to the year, but I am getting some things done now.
Gotta keep it clean, even if I can't work on it.

My Toyos were faded badly and some small scratches. I've wanted to do this for a long time. Still need some rubbing compound and a nice wheel job.
LOOK MA! My trunk doesn't fall down anymore!
I molested a Vert at the yard. WELDED them onto my car (Thanks Bill) The only down side is that I can no longer relocate the Gas cap to the drip rail.
More room between the wheel wells for the system.
No torsion bars under the rear deck to get in the way either.
$20 for the trunk assemblys
$35 for new shocks.
Not having the wind SLAM your trunk closed.........
PRICELESS!
Now the trunk, hood, and doors are held up by shocks.
Mmmmm, toyos.... they look great on that rear, but I'm biased
What do you use to clean/buff the tails? Mine are a little faded as well.....

I also sanded all the raised letters off the plastic. They are smooth and then I cleared the entire lens after I sprayed the trim Indigo Blue.

Well after my last post my car was Vandalized, VERY BAD. $4,700 worth of damage and I am just now getting around to getting the car repainted.
Sold a pair of my 19's and new wheels are on the way. Bought the Tires today and ordered the wheels.
Thinking of removing my Verticle hinges and going back to stock before the paint.
System install has not even been started. After the car was vandalized I lost ALL motivation. I'm getting it back now. Plans are for new paint and wheels installed before my car show in June.
THIS car will be at the bash and completed this year. It is my goal.
Few other updates, bought some 42lb GM injectors, triple gauge pod for my air ride and boost gauges.
