this is what killed my old 95 with a rag top.. this pic is never shown before eh
Sucks to see, my car has a couple spots on it, a lil but above the muffler, and a lil bit right under the gas door.
2009 Ford Mustang V6
Cavalier's passenger door is rusting on the bottom, paint starting to bubble by the gas door, and the stock hood has rust around the latch.
Sunfire has some on the bottom of the rear quarter panels and by the gas door.
My old buick, all 4 doors were rusted half way up and the trunk lid was rusted. the one door if i were to take the door panel off, I could stick my whole arm through the door. Got rid of it cuz the gas tank was rusted through. 275,000 miles and still was running strong. Got $100 for it.

Rust builds character.... I've got a bare metal hood on my xB. That's how I roll!
But 2nd and 1rst gens would make your rust, seem like dirt in comparison.
...
Make sure you get your cars oil sprayed guys. It makes a huge difference.

I believe I can see the future... as I repeat the same routine....

It must suck to live up north.
well its not so bad if we got a winter beater running around. salt is the best way to keep roads safer here.. but there are lot of cons about it.
drifting on the snow is @!#$ load of fun. i shouldnt complain!
thats my rust bucket/winter beater.. i beat the piss out of the thing.. i dont have an up close picture, but the whole thing is rusted and beat all to hell.. i'm just waiting for the fram to break in half

I've had my car brand new since 2000....Not one spot of rust on it and its new been oil sprayed...!
Keep in mind the only winter its seen was 2000 its been stored ever since besides the one year in snowed,
on the way home from Importfest however there was no salt out that night..!
This is the only snow this car has seen in 8 years....It was stored that morning...!
The snow snuck up on my roommate too...! that's his CBR in the background...HA
STORING YOUR CAR = NO RUST FTW...!!!!

The rust repair you have going on there is what I need to do to my cavalier. Its only on the driver side. Im not going to lie. Its my fault for not taking care of it. The poor cavy just sits in my drive way. I need to bring her back to the glory days.
