So does this mean you bought it?
w00t for new LD9 in (long block courtesy of jmarks, then built with forged components and all new gaskets and Clevite77 bearings)... used to have 190,000 mi, still ran perfect... even with 9+ PSI and lots of WOT. can't wait for this sucker to be broken in (only 270 miles on now)

Did you happen to dyno on the Speed Industry "heart breaker" dyno?

Hah yeah that's what Jan always says about his dyno. The engine's only got about 270 miles on it so far, but I will be dynoing once it's broken in and fuel tuned on the street at least. I'll be doing spark tuning on the dyno. I couldn't care less what numbers it puts down for HP, it's all about the track time to me. Speaking of which, he offered the "dyno drag racing" that I'm gonna try. Supposedly accurate within .1 sec, so we'll see.

^^^ that where you get to roll through the gears just like at the track?
THAT would be fun....
Are you scared of the changes coming? The answer is on the inside.
I like how the IDI cover is "hiding" on the work bench.

Yessir, I'll be sure to get videos of everything, power pulls and the "racing" lol, I'm stoked for it all.
Also big thanks to mitdr774 for bringing me a timing cover to block gasket! Couldn't've gotten it finished in time without 'em.
