Well here goes nothing..

Since everyone else is doing it i figured i'd make one of these before and after posts

"rice" phase as we all have

then i started to smarten up and started reading on the .org instead of just looking at the pictures..
shaved the emblems

Threw on some 95-99 inner tails since i felt they had a cleaner look than the 00-02 style

then came the beginning of where the car has come to be now.. by this time i was starting to learn quite a bit about the j platform so things were gettign easier to do myself DIY FTW

rippin her up

then came the new body kit and shaved spoiler

god i hate the oem base model 95-02 spoiler lol

Finally getting painted after waiting 2 weeks for a replacement rear bumper cover since the black widow rear that came with the kit didnt fit for @!#$..

i was pissed at the outcome of this paint job, since he screwed up the roof and doors and had to re do it and i specifically told him to paint the handles and he didint.. and didnt cover the morrors inside the fins on the m3 mirrors.. and came to find out the next day he busted the pins on the corners and i had to epoxy them to the headlights to keep them from falling out.. never going there again..

First day home with the car all finnished up :

and thats pretty much how she stayed for the rest of the season, didnt do too bad at the shows, alot of people were pleased with the new look, but it just wasnt enough for any trophies.. for obvious reasons..

then over the winter i got some black headlights and corners to fix the whole broken corner lamps problem, then found out the car was painted with the headlights in.. more anger at the painter...

then i dipped into the interior a bit, painted my a-pillar covers nighthawk black pearl (honda B92P) in anticipation of the new 2 tone coming up soon.. and color matched the guage bezel to the car.. i did the whole sand the texture off and smooth out the plastic rather than glassing since i knew nothing of fg at the time the results were great regardless

no pics of them installed, i cant find them right now so i'll just take some later..

then not much more than a week after i get the car out of storage someone rear ends me..

the damage wasnt too bad, actually the bumper in those pics is back on now since i kept it after this incident and replaced it.. which was lucky since it happened again a month later..

then finally came some rims.. Konig Tuner2 19x7.5, wrapped in 215/35/19 nitto neo gens they were used so they were a bit worse for wear but they definately made the look of the car

Then finally i decided to paint my mesh black to keep with the dark colors theme i have going on now.

finally the last mods i did this year were painting my handles and finally getting rid of the m3 mirros in favor of some oem ones to clean it back up and put in some underglow basically for just one car show i attend every year that has a light show and i got tired of being left out lol

would you beleive it matched that well from a spray can?

so thats where my cavy came from and where it's at now, not much but i like it
C&C as usual, enjoy

It desperately.. desperately needs to be lowered. Not a fan of the wheels.. but overall I like it. Good progress!

I like the car for the most part, but those wheels just KILL it for me.

The wheels don't do it for me neither, but once the car SLAMMED it may change my mind.

thanks guys, i know alot arent a fan of the wheels, hell i dont 100% like them, the silver is killing it for me, so the wheels are gonna get re painted one of 2 ways hopefully, 1) the silver will be black and everything black will be blue liek the car or i'll leave the black and paint the silver to match the car.. not sure yet, anyone wanna do some photoshops for me? and the main thing besides paint this winter will be lowering for sure
