Remove rust, if any. Oil it up, cap the ports (oil/coolant/intake & exhaust tract). Seal it in a moisture/air-tight bag with some dessicant. Then bubble wrap. That's what I would to to store it for more than 6 months.

Pretty much what he said, and maybe have it checked out/ rebuilt by someone with experience. Rebuilding turbo's isnt too hard but its still best to have it balanced professionaly. Only saying this as Im sure its used from the pics.
What size? Looks like a t4 flange?
