Custom case constructed of 1/2" and 1/4" MDF, trunk mounted (mostly 1/4", 1/2" bracing)
Still to purchase: WiFi adapter, mouse (more of a just in case thing), GPS receiver.

I thought it was an Eribuni (sp?) lip kit, since the front and rears are just covers?
Razzi actually... but AFAIK, they were designed specifically for GM Accessories. Erebuni did a FG "knock-off" version. These are plastic
awesome Rob. definitely post up pics of the 'puter in action. I'd like to see how you do the screen in the dash.
I want to do one in the Cav, but heat is a major issue.

Its a "cheater" screen... in-dash motorized (think Alpine)
Blurry pic of screen installed:
Need to pull it and finish clamping down the cage though.
not bad.
how are the gauges working out?

Still don't have the speedo working right, fuel gauge is getting swapped to a Nordskogg one (reads percentage rather than gallons) and that is going in the far left vent. In the place of the old fuel gauge is an air temp guage (no real reason, just because I can). Other than that, they work great

The thing about where I live is it is extremely hard to find exterior parts in j-yards... so trying to find a set of stock GT skirts and an 03+ trunk filler panel is a mission that is proving difficult. I'll see about the filler when I get the rear bumper in a couple weeks.
so lets just add this to the list of things you need to make for me
HOLY HELL ITS BACK!!!

Alexis: Dustin, you're ghey, lol. I am better. I have tits, and tits rule all.
LOL I didn't even see your post till now. Thanks buddy
Managed to get the old power supply working long enough to install the OS... Went with Dream Linux rather than Linux ICE (dev is taking too long on that)
30 seconds to boot, cold
Stupid touchscreen drivers don't work though
I can run XP on a Virtual Machine so I can have HPTuners and not have to worry about long boot up times
That and I'm not too experienced with Linux. But I have enough space to run a 10GB partition, load XP, install HPT and leave it at that... or I can pick up another HDD drawer and swap when needed <shrugs>.
There hasn't been a way that I know of to get HPT to work 100% in Linux alone. I can get it to the splash screen, but that's it. No one else has picked it up from there or even tried to install it on Linux AFAIK.
Not having to carry a laptop around FTW
and since I have a 2 port USB hub just below the HVAC, its awfully convenient
awesome Rob. good job bro.
