My suggestion would be to recover some of it, including the dash cover, with vinyl. Maybe do some of the other panels with tweed or similar, and repaint other parts with some flat paint, and try to get some texture into it. Many people have had good success making paint look like the factory plastic using splatter paint under the final coat for texture, and a few other things.

ya i thought about a flat black, so i should use a flat black, not a gloss, and i rlly dont want to mess with the dash, im just going to re glue that piece down, mainly, because its my DD, and because i dont have the knowledge to do some of those things, but i believe if i repaint the peices and just clean everything up, it should be decent ?................and ya its a leak, where the windshield is, top is just barely a yr old......

ha, and after lookin over the pics, i realized...damn i picked some angles that really make a dirty interior look worse ha,

If you like the high gloss, but just don't want a bright color, I'd suggest a metallic charcoal gray. It will give you that gloss, but should blend in with the factory colors decent. Just make sure you put a decent amount of clear over it, and use light, even coats. It should come out fine.

icic, i heard something about a SEM paint color that matchs pretty close? any idea on that, i mean i went thru that ricer stage and not im doing detox on the interior lol .......oh ya, where can i get ahold of some galvanized mesh? LOWEs doesnt carry any one know any other places??
