Yeah that intake manifold is a trip. I'll be watching the progress all winter wishing that I wasn't stuck living in a suitcase with a 1 car garage that has my roommate's turbo project car in it.
Can't wait to see the progress.
Hopefully I'll be able to make it over to hang with you guys sometime before too long.

yeah the 2.3l T/B flange is getting cut off and a ls1 T/B flange will be getting welded on. I think that manifold was built off another stock manifold by looking at the plenum that's how it appears to be then just some runners put on to match the LD9. Don't know what manifold the plenum came from tho.
Bumper ..... Iam working with FReQ Z on getting a mold of the real technic and possibly having them made in abs plastic where i work.
Paul were you hearing any unusual noise from the tranny before that happened? I have that flywheel in and ever since I've installed it it makes a very loud "chattering" noise upon decel when there isn't a load on the tranny. I have taken it apart once and everything seems ok but I can't figure it out. Thanks
damn paul, the garage acctually looks pretty good now. that white should give you LOTS of light reflection
i just dont know about that manifold, but it was pretty cheap wasnt it? so i mean if it doesnt work well your HO will be standing by. those flywheel pics are a trip, thats just sh!tty craftsmanship right there, if i were you id never get a fidanza again.
other things i think you should consider:
TTR upper mount
unorthodox aluminum flywheel
md ld9's aluminum alt pulley
and DAMN you, get started on my bumper already!!! i need it ready for paint at the end of january.

Cavmania you don't want it its has the lip cut off. but if you still want it you can have it.
i like the idea of the 03 LS lower part on the 95-99 z bumper. get that finished.
