yeah thankz zyaaaa, well with my new job i should be done sooner than expected. But still got bills so that'll slow me down. Now the next thing on the list is either the felpro gaskets, or buy the stuff to port n polish my head and take it to my machine shop so they guy can show me how to do it.

Do I need ss valves? Also wheres the best place to get the arp head studs?

Whats the point? Hows it modified?
Re: Modified Oil pan

it's dropped down roughly 1" lower for the 2.3 oil pump swap on the 2.4 motor for better oiling. You can hold an extra quart of oil (6) rather than the stock 5. I personally welded mine myself and it has worked perfectly for over a year. i just didn't see the sense of getting Miller Performance to do it for the price they wanted, it wasn't hard at all.

These pics are obviously before i painted it.

wow thats a crazy ass weld job but looks like it'll last atleast, I didnt really have time to do it myself cause of work and school. Plus he powder coated it so its all good.

for better oiling

Ahh and I suppose it will also let you run at a higher rpm without running through all your oil. I'm trying to eventually make my car redline at 8000 rpm, I may do this later on. Thanks

what do you mean by backing up? But I do have a dumb question... if its lower how does the oil pump manage to suck it up?
