10K adds up quick with custom paint, air ride, rims, custom interior, audio/video, ram air hood..... not saying I would pay 10 grand for it, but I'm sure he has at least that much into it, plus the actual value of the car!!
now you have a point there. ok so i would pay more then 1k for it.. but not 10k

But do people really invest that much money into their car and expect to get it back?
I put 800 in audio I expect almost none of it back.....I plan to get maybe a few extra bucks, or the difference between an asking price and a low ball offer. Besides, I wouldn't want to buy a pre modded car, doing the work yourself is what makes it special.
Either way, this guys car is sweet!

well .. he has his own opinions .. im not trippin though. either way he still have nice fire. and the odd part is .. hes car is what led me to wanting to do a fire front end conversion, but i settled for the 00+ cavies. owell

yep thats tony's car guess hes finally getting rid of it.
as for the 10 grand price tag, hell why not. if you dont want to pay 10 grand you can still bid on it normally and who know's, there are people out there that pay allot for a car if they really want it. if your selling your car you may as well try to get as much out of it as you can. and tthere are tons of people out there that dont have the time or skill to build a car they would just rather buy it done and just enjoy it.

huh? how is it 'mostly stock' the damn thing has something done to almost every square inch of it!!!!
i think its worth the money, looks like its got quite a bit of professional things done to it to me. definatly not my taste, but i can respect the amount of work that went into it. i hate how modded cars get the shaft when you try to sell them. in a perfect world you should be able to put money into your car and get it back out of it when you sell it

i agree with sndsgood... not saying that 10 k is likely to be the purchase price but why not.
I know a guy selling a 99 Celica that he has done ALOT to... his pearl paint job alone cost him $8000 and his air ride cost him $4000... so its easy for someone to spend aleast 10 on it which that guy probably has. Again I'm not saying he'll get that much but you may as well put it up there and people who decide they want it (but maybe don't know sh*t about it or cars in general) might be like, "Oh... its worth 10 ish k"... never know... i've seen that type of thing happen before.
Not my taste, but good luck to the seller. I wish he'd part some of it out though

i dont see very much that looks professionally done. and 10k seems rediculous. im only asking 12k on mine which is 8 years newer, and has ALOT more done than this fire. but regardless, decent looking car.
