As some of you may know, I recently sold my bronze wheels and have called it quits with the sunfire. anywho, i thought i would take some "final" pics of it after i washed it last week and post em up. This is how the car will look till i get rid of it... whenever that day finally comes.

yeah, i wouldnt hate getting a new 4door cav. white with the lipkit and would love to get some bronze wheels again but i doubt that'd happen, money is tight. possibly lower it at least...

but yea, i feel the mod virus caught me lol

well still like the fire even with these wheels....thou i was big fan of the old ones more

but, seeing that painted mirror with the dark tinted windows background definatly seals the deal for me not wanting to do it, it doesnt look right to me.

your car really looked good back in the day! those rims definatly made the car.

yeah i wasnt sure if i wanted to paint the mirrors or not.... then i went for it one day and was pretty happy with the results... kind blends it all in. but yeah, if you're looking at it at those angles where the tinted window is right behind it, it does look like it sticks out.

no offence but you must have been going for a minimalistic view on the car because for you to say your done with it i assumed you would have had more done to it then just rims and tinted windows.....

Money is always the main issue, ain't it?

I was never a fan of the earlier (97-99) front bumper, but the white and clear corners (especially with the old rims) really made it a sharp, clean-looking car.

yes, i was going to keep it slightly clean looking. my future plans included a gt front bumper and eyelids and i would have called it done/goals met and been happy. as far as just having wheels and tint... not so much. i know my list doesnt compare to many others but i have a completely repainted interior, lowered, wheels, paint matched handles, and mirrors. but from when i started to where i wanted to go, i got the majority of my mods done.

whether someone thinks ive done a lot or not i can care less... i wasnt heading in that direction nor do i have the money for it. i got into this for other reasons than modding my car as much as possible and making it different than anyother. search the OT for PrayerRequest. Once that died off and others stopped showing interest in it, my "drive" and interest in modding my car started to slow down and back off. After the posts in the PrayerRequest thread stopped coming, on top of needing that i can use the money in other places (ie. upcoming wedding) one thing after another, small dent after small sctrach kept adding up.... and eventually i just decided to just drive the car.

I know all about the nicks and dents. That's why I'm planning on buying a second J. I'm not sure if I want to keep my current 'Fire or sell it for the newer Cav', but I should be pretty decided by spring.
