hello guys, i had 16" with 205/45 tire size for months now with eibach pro kit. however, I was looking at my car and realized that I have too much fender gap. I am now thinking if I will upgrade to 17s(which I don't have the budget for now) or will change tire size to 50.what do you guys think?here's the link if you want to see the pics.thanks..

That isnt really going to change the amount of wheel gap. By going up an inch in wheel size, your really raising the car 1/2" so the fender line is going to go up, not down. The 50 series tire might make the smallest difference that you wont even be able to notice, best way to get rid of it, is to lower it more

You will notice a difference if you go to the 205-50-16. Why are you running a 205-45-16 in the first place?

Here is my car on sprint springs with 16" tires. The tire that I have on my car is a 205-55-16. thats the size that you are supposed to run. Or you can also run a 225-50-16 as it's the same diameter.

Agreed...correct size is 205-55-16. How did you come up with 45? Putting the CORRECT size tires on the car will make it look right.
I always thought it didnt matter what size wheel you have because the outside diameter of the tire should be the same no matter what, unless youre running massive wheels.... Assuming you run the correct tire size.
Get the right tires, and you should be good to go, I lowered my car with tenzo-r springs (1.8") and its on 16's and has a small wheel gap, not tiny, but just enough, IMO.

Listen to that guy. 15s, 16s, 17s, whatever, the total size should stay the same.
