i just got this sunfire about two weeks ago... i was just wondering whose car this was before me because whoever had this car after the original owner who customized it really eff'd it up

cause i traded my 86 caprice (i got into some trouble and needed some money to pay some fines) with rims and he also gave me 1,500 bucks on top of giving me the car...im going to repaint it and put a diff kit on it

im just knocking the fact that someone was stupid enough to paint the car orange when the interior is black n purple...i like the car..main reason i wanted it was for the air ride... but i do body work and customization so ill have fun with this car

ive never seen it. there is a good chance the person wasnt a member. there are alot of people who have modified cavs and fires that never even heard of this site. if you want to see what is was like when it was purple, just go to the image imp forum and have someone photoshop it for you. if your looking for progress pics of that car though, there might be a slim chance that you find it.

i know a kid in noblesville owned it a few months ago and he came to one of our meets and said that he had bought it that way so its gone thru a couple of owners atleast. i rememer seeing that it needed a ton of work on it.

2004 Cavalier LS Sport - Victory Red

First when i was looking at it i was wondering if the other owner was color blind, or completely blind, because it looks like he hit a dog and dented up his hood. Fix the hood, fenders, paint, and get rid of that wing and i think you'll have a very nice sunfire. The air ride is sweet! Pretty nice find.

also as far as the color goes it could have been the copper color then they decided they wanted to change the colors so maybe he had the interior wrapped in the purple and he had plans on painting the car purple but then gave up before he could afford to paint the exterior.

this was a couple of years ago but here is a bito history for ya The cars original owner came from Tipton, I don't know his name, but the work was done half @$$ed he was going to finish the air but his parents bought him a new Tiby and he used the fire as payment for the body work done on the tiby and one of the guys that worked at the shop that ( the guy from the shop is who I met through a friend) did the work on the tiby bought it from the shop then he sold it to the guy we met over the summer. The only thing I know is the guy Sndsgood is talking about was kind of an E_Thug. Hopefully this helps ya, also I lost tuch with the guy I knew and Im now in Texas so this is all I will be able to help Also welcome back in the J scene Phill. Also the copper / purple was the original combo that I saw 3 years ago.

i cant wait to get this car done...im not going to do much over the winter..cep the body work..imma wait til it warms up for the paint...but yea the wing is gone..the rims will be next summer..i like the front..but i need some sides n a rear to go with it...

oh and i need some rear air struts ..but iam thinking of doing the same setup as the rear of yellow22 or whatever his cav is called lol..
