Ok, as some of you know I ordered the replica turbosport spoiler. It has arrived and it is pretty damn close, I could not be happier. Yes I will get better pics when I can. I have an LS Sport so thats why no shots with the car, yet.

AWESOME! looks way better then the pic the site you bought if from is using. Looks exact except for the slight difference in the part that hits the rear fenders.
now i gotta scrounge up the dough to get it.

i never even liked the original. good spoiler for the nostalgia of it... but i think it would be hard to pull off. just my opinion.

I kinda wished that would of made the sides more like the Silver one. It seems a little tall in the pic on the site, but I think that is the angle of the pic I hope.
The mold lines are all sanded down, it needs a little more sanding still but that is to be expected on any fiberglass piece you buy. Overall it was done very well, and the company was very easy to deal with. I have been moving all weekend, so when I get a chance i will take some mock up pics. The only difference I have seen is that the sides don't come down as far as the original, but thats about it. Can't wait to get it on the car! Thanks for the comments guy's.

Its cool to see someone made something close, but there is a glaring difference on the ends of the spoiler. It is just going to stop at the trunk line, where as the GM original hung over onto the quarter panel, which I think made it look much more integrated into the car. If you took the two middle posts out, it would be a replica of those arch type wings back in the late 90s that every Civic owner had.
Not at all trying to be a downer, but to me that difference makes or breaks this design. Lets see it painted on the car though, I am sure that will help.

^ ^ ^ The sides don't come down as far as the original, but they do overhang the quarter panel about an inch and a half to 2 inches.
If it looks off enough that it bothers you, you could always add onto the ends so it matches the original.
^ ^ ^ I have though about that, I need to take the LS Sport spoiler off and sit this on the trunk so I get a better idea of how it's going to look. If I get a chance I will do that tonight and post some pics.
