He also ran 8.8...... pulling the chute and letting off the gas 50 yards before the line because the car was getting away from Paul.
I left before the final, I would suspect Paul won, red Civic qualifed with a 8.9 one run before.

It caught my eye as well, could have been the "externally" mounted intercooler though haha.
I love how 90% of the Omni guys cant keep it sleeper...... they either have the intercooler, turbo, charge pipe, intake manifold, or something else sticking out of the hood or bumper....... I like it, cause I know what ones not to mess with
There is one up here in WI that has his intake manifold sticking up threw the hood...... granted the intake is so huge, it wouldnt fit between the head and rad. support....... that thing moves too (mid-low 11's?)
and...... where are the J-bodies?
