I clearly remember telling myself that I was done modding. However I've wanted an IF front forever and finally found an awesome deal. I picked it up from Mastin (awesome guy) on Wednesday night. The project started Saturday morning at 8am. I had lots of fun with my sawzall. For some reason, I really enjoy cutting things up.
My bumper fell off
everything fit pretty well
I painted it saturday night and then got it ready for the 200 mile journey back to my apartment in Mechanicsburg
As you can see, I have a few slight adjustments to make underneath the corner lenses.
I made a trip down to Shippensburg so I could pick up a set of bumper lenses from jcaff. They're currently sitting in my backseat. They need to be cleaned.
I also ordered an LSJ header from TTR along with their new auto tranny mount. Hopefully that stuff should be here in a few weeks. Clearly I enjoy wasting money on my car. Oh well, its fun as hell to drive
As for my LS sport front lip and bumper, I'm keeping that stuff. Please don't ask about buying it.

That looks absolutely amazing. I wanted to pick that up soo bad but you beat me to it. Good pickups on the ttr AT mount and lsj header as well, hopefully they help out quite a bit.

I actually Like that Bumper for the 02+ Cav. Who makes them for 02+ and how much they run.. Sexy.

i had ordered a qt of silver paint from paintscratch.com a while ago when I had planned on getting the rksport front lip. I had some clear left over from when I painted my old car so I used that as well. You can definitely tell that I rushed the paintjob on the bumper if you look at it up close. That doesn't really bother me because the bumper will be coming off in a month or so for winter so I'll just redo it then. I actually enjoy painting and its fun to learn by trial and error.

I wish I could meet you out at Cecil, but I'll be working long hours this week. Then this coming weekend and part of next week I'll be in Philly at the NRWA convention

no one makes them for the 00+. You have to take a 95-99 one and cut it to fit

Getting "better built" for the '08...
The car is really becoming pure hotness. I am 100% jealous, that is the only kit I would ever do besides a lip kit of some sort. You know you cannot stop the mod bug, it's just to addicting to stop.
