It took me all night but here it is.
A coat of red

All taped up, it took me forever

A coat of silver

All done, I just need to thouch it up around the letters

Also painted all my vents and shift knob

Where I painted everything, I know I'm crazy
Looks nice.

you need to clean that room maybe a good vacuuming
Spray painting in an enclosed space! Who needs beer?

...and wouldn't have had those little spots where paint got behind the tape.....
I bought some matching paint to touch up around the letters. It's the first time I've ever painted any engine parts, so I'm still learning. I've painted vents before though, there easy. I'm planning on using the same red paint on my LO manifold whenever I'm ready to put it on. Your right, just claeaning and polising the parts I wan'ted silver would have been a lot better and easier, maybee I should have asked you guys before I did it, oh well. I had my a/c on recirculate witch helped, but the room was otherwise completely unventelated. It didn't seem to bother me for some reason though. As for the floor.....lets just say I need to buy a new vaccum.
Hey WHITECAVY....did you remove your fuel rail when you painted your cam covers black? I have black paint to do the rest of the engine, I'm just not looking forward to all the work.
