no it dosen't it's just really dirty.

for them to work properly i got to do the following right :
1. cut the white wire in the steering column
2. match brown with brown, black with black, yellow and green to blue
3. run a wire from the 3rd brake light to the white wire
is this right ???
yes , that should about wire them up
i usually just take the plugs outta the clips and slip them together and tape them , that way going back to stock is easier
same with the plug at the column
