the lips are the same house of kolor oriental blue used on other parts of the car, so yes it does have black with blue lip wheels

From the day you showed pics of the headlights and fiberglassing to this very second and into the future - that has always been and will ALWAYS remain my #1 favorite sunfire ever, just eeking out the Sunfire Speedster.
