New pics, nice setting...

Well... decided to hit the cottage this weekend in Collingwood Ontario, and snapped a few pics of ol' reliable. 500 km to this tank of gas... I have to say I am *impressed*.

Good/bad comments and questions always welcome.

Damn your car is hot, It's the perfect look of how a sunfire should be in my opinion. I don't know what it is about the car but man it looks hot!

Pretty nice location. Still one of my favorite J's.

Just a quick tip though, when taking a picture of a car from a side angle, turn the wheel so the face of it faces the camera. Wheels are much sexier than tires.

Very nicely done car. I love the lines on the early 3rd gen GTs.

Get some good shine on that paint and it will be perfection!

First off, the reason there are no engine shots is you guys have seen it how many times? I didn't think it was important... lol. I'll remember for next time tho.

Sorry the car is dirty, it was covered in bugs from the drive up to the cottage, I parked in front of the water and spur of the moment decided to take pics with such a nice backdrop.

Joe Schulte - I had your pics in mind when I snapped these... heh. I wanna go back and get more now with the car clean lol.

As for the projectors, I only had one completed but I was unhappy with the aim and so I've disassembled it.... I'm also waiting on parts from Josh @ IZN TRBL to finish up that project...

The rebuilt/improved turbo has only about 700 miles on it... I'm gonna try to have the car tuned to 15 psi for the bash but no guarantees. I just want the car to be able to make the trip to ohio and back without mishap... dyno's and all that stuff will come after that goal has been reached... lol... in 3 years of turbo'ing my record for consecutive days running without a major repair is only *****16 DAYS *****..... I'd like to sorta thrash that before I thrash the entire car.

Rims? Acura? Hell no... oh GOD no. These are Moda R6 rims with a custom Mercedes translucent Hyper-Black finish on them... up close they look grey and from far away they look polished. Even getting your hands on a set of Moda R6's is impossible now...

Thanks all for the comments and the praise... It's nice to know that people appreciate the work I've put into this car! I can't wait to meet a ton of you at the bash in Ohio.
