We had 2 awsome days (high 70s-80s) after I installed the turbo. Did alot of test driving
and cleaned it up. So I decided to snap some pictures with the intercooler
. I can't say enough how AWESOME this kit is!!!!
Props to Hahn Racecraft
I would like to make my second pic show up at the bottom when I post. But I can't figure it out.
Thank you....by the way I was able to not get P0172 Fuel Trim Rich with adjusting fuel pressure. The gauge set-up they give you reads 6psi lower than what it really was. I had 41psi at idle not 35psi. So...I turned it down to 33psi and no more P0172 code.
alright...maybe I need to turn down my fuel pressure also.
save it and then upload it in your "control panel" for your J-body profile. copy the location, then click on you forum options and paste it in the signature area. be sure to check the size after you save the changes.
looks good btw
its perfect. now post up some vids
I have a video camera but I have no idea how to do that. When I get vids I need to figure that out.
Cinny - Thanks !! What about this pic?

Looks good man, let me know how the Tercel Washer tank mod goes for you. It's pretty straight forward so you shouldn't have any problems. You don't realize how much you use the windshield washer fluid till you don't have the option of using it anymore.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you probably have the fastest and only Hahn turbo Cav in the Lehigh Valley. Correct me if I'm wrong and if you know of anyone else.

Thanks!....I hope it is.....
There was one other kid from Easton w/a Yellow '02 Ls Ecotec that had a Hahn Stage II. This is what made me go this route. The car was put together @ PSI Motorsports in Slatedale, PA....now relocated out side of New Tripoli, PA. It made 215hp @ 7.5psi.
Last I heard the car was totaled and he moved out of state (college).

That sucks! I was in downtown Allentown and saw some guy with a Type-J kit on, it was horrendous! I don't remember if I saw an intercooler or not, but being it was downtown Allentown, I doubt there was. I get my car serviced at Brown Daub in Nazareth and on my car after one service was a card from some place in Nazareth. I forget what it said, as I wasn't about to spend money on anything else for my car. I'm to poor a college student. Hope I can see it when I'm home for my 3 day summer in the Valley!
My step-father works for Brown-Daub Ford and I work for Rentschler Chevrolet in Slatington. Look me up when your in the Valley.
Love it. Nice and clean, and looks fantastic.
