sick man. real nice work
hope to see some numbers soon!
sweet so im intersted to know how many hours did it take to install and how many people if any helped
Actually it took me about 17 hours total, a buddy of mine helped a little (third hand stuff), but it was 90% all me.
looks like a pretty easy , stright forward install.. nice job
lets see some #'s
I love the Hahn kit. Nice and clean looking. I love the inlet and outlet on the same side look.
~Boost. Its what's for dinner!~
you gonna slap HP tuners on there?
-Chris
If I could find some one in my area w/ HP Tuners. I don't have the $ for it right now.
nice, its a very clean set up.

I see you're from Bath. I live in Allentown, so I'm not too far. Unfortunately I'm 260 miles away from home; either way, I don't have the HP Tuners, but I would love to see the car.
looks good! are you going to tune it? I'm trying to get a tune date now but their slammed for awhile
Jason - Look me up when you are back in town.
YellowLsSport - I'm tuning the car with a pyrometer right now. I have my base pressure at 35psi and w.o.t. is 85psi. I need to lean it out when cruising. That is when my CEL came on. I was on the highway 70mph for a good 10 miles.
Looks amazing!! I loved the hahn kit!!
2004 Turbo cavalier 11PSI and blown!
congrats. i love mine. might want to pick up a wideband.
anyone know if the 05s have that stupid 14.7 a/f ecu like the 04 does?
might want to get urs flashed to or swap to an 03

CavalierKid - I think my ECU does have that 14.7 a/f setting...... I may try the reflash, my goal is to get the CEL light off.
If I were to use a '03 ECU could I flash it with my '05 vin # so it still matches the BCM ? or would that defeat the purpose?
The codes are P0420 Cat Low Efficiency... better hope your cat-coverter isn't dead. I had that code recently and it was dead as a door knob.
How much is the reflash? Since I have a 04 I need to do the same.
Reflashing to 03 may or may not work, depending on what VIN they ring it up as. Flash to an 02 to be sure.
Also, does the Hahn kit really eliminate the factory FPR and use only a BEGI 2025? You now have no adjustability with a vacuum reference, so you can definately kiss catalytic converters goodbye, along with your fuel economy, as anything below positive manifold pressure will run pig-rich. HPTuners should have enough adjustability to remedy this, but I wouldn't consider it acceptable for such a well-known company to half-ass tuning like this...

yes the Hahn kit elimates the factory FPR.
Nice, I love how the charge pipes are placed on that drivers side..
