Looks good. I would just clean up the opening where the subs are. The vinyl looks a little crooked. So cut it a little more straight and put some kind of trim on it and it will be perfect.

Are your subs suposed to be installed at an angle? If you don't know what I'm talking about ...look at the "infinity". It looks sweet and it really looks like you took your time with the install

No they don't have to be installed like that. That is just for looks nothing more they could be upside down normal etc.. it has nothing to do with the sub
