Well Last week i took every thing to the machine shop they told me 2 week so hopefully in 2 weeks ill have my engine back fully built.

Just got my new window decals Iam still not sure if iam going to put on the front but we'll see.
Also i just moved the car into it new shed that the engine will be installed in. along with a lot of other goodies.
lip iam working isn't bolted on tight. still need a new headlight too.

also over the winter I was at my local yard and picked up 2006 gto seats for $75.00 great deal.
I made the custom gauge bezel for the rebuild with 7 layers of glass the gauges i have in installed are.... Oil Pressure, EGT, A/F
And the bay that will be receiving the new engine.

Installing new axle boots because mice ripped the old ones.
Exhaust i welded out or 2.5" exhaust with 2.5" mandrel bends just need to install my muffler.
And last the 1 ton hoist that will be dropping my engine in.

how hard was it to get those GTO seats to fit?
06 gto normally on ebay they sell for around $600-$800 so most ppl wont find them as cheap as i did.
But to get them to fit all i did was weld a piece of angle iron on the stock slider about 2" off the front of the slider and drilled 2 new front holes and the back holes lined up.
Back seat just 2 bolts in the back rests holds in place.
One ton hoist..... old ass beans LOL. Just messing with yah. Good luck on the build.

You don't have to answer that. And I think, instead of a valve spring for a keychain, you should use a con rod and a piston LOL.

hoping for 200-250hp people will say it wont happen but we'll see.

I don't think the rear looks out of place at all i think it looks great and the seat are so comfortable.
Been on here almost 2 years now.

So i got a full shot of the car today after i installed my axles and fixed my front suspension.
I also got picture of the rear seat just so you guys can see how if fits.
The exterior could be worse but ill be redoing the whole exterior next winter basic body work and repaint NO body kit.
The front windows will also be retinted after i got a ticket for them last summer i had to take it off but whatever its going back on.
Rear seat i know they sit a lil high in the back and stick up above the rear whatever you want to call it rear deck or something.
I will be making something to fix that problem no worries.
That's all for now when i get some more work done there will be more pics.
Right now iam going to finish polishing my IDI cover.
I want to see some polished IDI cover! Oh and Paul, your a/c compressor is hanging on the ground, make sure you secure that before you go driving.....
