Trees are falling near me.... And I think a electrical transformer just blew up about 2 miles out. I was looking around out back, and got a nice bright white flash. So either someone just took out a telephone pole, or the ice 'caused a transformer to crap out.

I'd hate to work for the electric company today. I've seen so many sagging lines, and tree's down just on my 2.5 mile trip home from work.

Yeah, fender was paid for my Quick Stop, being as THEY did it.

Its gotten 10X worse. A emergency clean up crew is going around our city. They just cleaned up one tree on some power lines. But as soon as they were getting ready to leave... CRACK! another one came down. Don't know where it landed. It was about 3 streets down, but it was so tall, you could see it.

considering it was going to be just snow when originally forecast yeah. We caught the bottom of the storm, and our temps were 32-38 all day. But as soon as 6 o'clock hit, it starting turning into a skating rink. I was able to pry my door open, but shutting it was a hole different story. Last night, it took me 10 minutes to get both doors (driver and pass. fronts) to shut. Rear one opened and closed no problem. And then this morning, same thing. Damn thing wouldn't catch the latch. It would shut, then bounce off it, and open. I guess the latch is still frozen.

i had to body check my window to get my door open, i had about an inch in thickness over my whole car, deff had a good time cleaning it off to drive

oh my GOD! wtf happened up there^ water main break?! WOW... looks like some windows got broken out there... THAT SUCKS!

Holy god that sucked, but was so awesome and fun at the same time. I remember having no power or heat for like 3 days. Rough, but I had alot of fun with it too.

I've from Oklahoma, and trust me this crap up here is like 3 times worse then that ever was. It is illegal to even leave my house. I'm on lockdown and lovin' every day of it so far. Other then 1 maybe 2 days in the last 2 weeks it hasn't been above 15 degs. It is really really cold.

But I am in Northern Kentucky. VERY NORTHERN! Like 10 minutes away from Cincinnati northern. On a good note, it only takes 15 minutes to drive to Indiana and go gamble on the river boats. lol.
