Well because PAINTED stock texture looks like a** in my opinion. I never said it HAD to be sanded.. It would just look better if it was sanded.. Thats all

Its made by a company called monster. this is actually the one that i have. its nothing fancy but does the job. (its pluged into my 12V outlet, passenger side on the center console)

honestly i was kinda disappointed when i finished painting it too... i did sand it a bit, but i focused mostly on the dash piece, but i was sort of having a time issue that night so i really didnt do the kind of job that i should of.
but meh its not as though that will be the last time i take out my interior right. lol. still gotta stick a short throw in there... ill be sure next time to sand it properly just for u.

Dupoint Centari Paint, with a flex agent added to the activator (so the paint doesnt just dry out and flake off; to make it more durable)

OMG thank you for saying you were ganna stick in a short throw, that shifter reminds me of big rig. Lol anyways, props to the dash peice deffinently.

a short shifter would be a nice addition...nothings worse than having to have the person in the back seat shift into 2nd for you! lol
Ken : The adapter that i have is the same quality as the satellite radios out there. its not bad but it does have some static. if yours is clear now i wouldnt replace it with this... besides i only got mine for a temperaray fix cuz down the road sometime i plan on getting a Clarion Double Din dvd player (with ipod cables).
