i don't think he can paint his side mirrors nor put stock fogs, unless he got his car recovered from it being stolen a second time.
it is recoverd and its going to the body shop soon and the mirrors are one thing im going to do already had that planed just have to talk to the body shop. but as for the bumper i am going to leave it because you dont see many yellow ones with my bumper to start with and i think it looks better with the lip. but thanks for the comment. if anything happens to the front bumper it will be a IF bumper though

I think college might take you further than the Cavy. It depends though, you can't drive college down to spring break and fill it up with chicks.
