Where is this CF from that goes in the middle of the bumper...Is it a wrap...or what....? ( It looks great on drift fronts...)

dude i love what ya did with the hood...and mixin up the rims look is always good

yes it would be real carbon fiber layed down with a jel coat, then repaint the whole bumper
