Well I'm sure everyone already knows why I would be attempting to make this but let me know what you all think so far. And this is only my 2nd time fiberglassing so any pointers are going to benefit me extremely.
Everything covered and ready for the glass to go on. I used a layer of aluminum foil and then duct taped over that to smooth it out and make sure it stayed in place
I didn't get any pics of it in the car with the fiberglass but this is with 2 layers dried out of the car. I need to extend the portion towards the window some more because it was hell trying to get there with just the brush I was using. Also I need to work on fixing the ends that are right by the doors and pillars.
I plan on adding probably another 2-3 layers then sand it a little bit, add some filler to speed the process, and lastly sand it smooth and paint.
so far so good chris!
keep up the great work.
i cant wait to see it all done!

you gotta take everything on the dash apart in cavs to get that out, wheel, vent tubing, airbag, everything. I def think his way is easier.
Anyway looks good so far, i still have yet to figure out how to fiberglass things and have em turn out the way i want... props

Looks good, how did the aluminum foil and tape hold up. Did you get any spills?
