well here is links to the pics since i left them full size , and ive got 29 pics , lol

special thank to TTR and aaron , going to all the work to have these made for us !!!!

installed on a 00 2.4 s/c auto trans , i do have the idle speed up'd to 725 rpm when hot , instead of the 550 it was at , thanks to HP tuners , currently the upper is the only mount i had , ill be installing my lower back in the car in the next couple days

vibration was a little different at start up , and noticeble as the idle speed droped down , but wasnt worse than the insert , it was just different , and not in a bad way

aaron go ahead and copy and save the pics so you can use them , i took to many to email you , lol

tools used to swap mounts , i used my impact gun to make things quicker , a 10 mm socket and15mm socket were used , and i used simi deep sockets , extensions for presonal preference in length , screw driver and 2ft pry bar - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=264

1 10mm bolt removal for the coolant bottle , in 2nd pic becarefull not to knock the clip or it will fall into the inner fender area - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=289 , http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=257

2 screw driver used to pop the bottle outta the inner fender - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=287

3 15mm nut removal for a/c line to mount - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=286

4 screw driver or something similar to undo clip - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=285

5 a/c hose clip save for later use - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=284

6 move coolant bottle aside for axcess to 1 15mm nut for mount on inner fender - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=283

7 2 more 15mm nuts on inner fender to remove to get mount out - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=282 , http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=281

8 upper plate removed - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=280

9 upper plate in hand to so it doesnt do much - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=279

10 remove 2 15mm bolts on engine side - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=278 , http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=277

11stock mount with insert upper plate off - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=276

12 stock mount with upper plate on - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=275

13 stock mount and TTR mount - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=274

14 stock mount upper plate removed and TTR mount - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=273

15 with coolant bottle up slide mount into place , and lower bottle back down , in some cases the motor will move as shown by pics , use pry bar to move motor to line up with mount - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=272 , http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=271, http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=290

16 then screw the 2 15mm bolts in BY HAND FIRST , then tighten up the 2 15mm nuts - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=270 , http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=269

17 make sure a/c line is clear of bolt on the mount - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=268 , http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=267

18 a bolt is needed to attach ac clip to mount - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=266 , http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=265

i didnt use the clip , to keep my a/c line from rubbing the s/c bracket , it was rubbing with the stock mount , and there is enough room with the new mount to move line down , but clip wont be used , i will need to find a clamp that will hold it down lower , just to prevent the hose from vibrating to much

19 final pics , for the ooooo aaaahhhhhh factor - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=261 , http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=260

20 over all engine shot , gotta clean the c/f cover so i can add ttr sticker - http://www.azjbo.org/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=263

yeah works pretty good , having auto i dont have any wheel hop , but i used to have nasty engine vibs with the insert and lower mount with the a/c and stock idle speed

lower mount i might put in tomorrow , and idle speed will have to wait tell next week

but i could definitely tell right away it fells better

now all ill need is the auto trans mount , and ill be rocking and rollin

Just a little update on the auto trans mount...

Today we should finalize our design, run all the FEA analysis (stress and strains) and by Monday send the prints off to get lasered. We are right on schedule.

We are hoping to ship, this auto mount, out to the testers the week of November 7th. If all goes well, around the week of November 14th they should be shipping

We believe we have narrowed the cost of this item; it should be $160-180. However, we plan on running an introductory price somewhere between $140-160 for the first couple weeks.
