Bye bye Turbo OHV, hello ECOTEC

here are the last pics of my turbo ohv. i'm gonna start taking it apart and parting it out sometime here in the next week. a lot of the parts will be swapped over to my new car, an 02 ls sport. i've always wanted an 02 ls sport and i finally found one that i liked and i had some money sitting around so i went out today and bought it. pics below

and the ls sport

this is my favorite part

i like this pic

once i sell my turbo kit, trd kit, and wings west rear lip, i'll start modding this one. for right now, its gonna get the gravana coilovers from my other cav,as well as the toyota tails, rear sway bar, and tenzo seats

this thing will probably be supercharged by the end of november. it all depends on how fast my other parts sell

I always liked your flat black Cavi, good luck with selling off your parts.

New Cav looks nice, bro. A supercharged Ecotec is quite possibly the sexiest idea ever to hit the J body scene!

Blown.

Good choice on the 02 LS sport. i always wanted a silver one.

why dont you just keep the wings west rear. Maybe you could modify the trd to fit on the 02 LS sport. unless you want to keep the stock lips.

i'm kinda done with the whole body kit thing. i'm tired of the negative attention i get and people assume i'm one of those F&F wannabes and crap like that. everybody and their brother felt the need to rev at me and be gay. i really like the clean look of the ls sport kit, subtle yet not too subtle. we can trade cars if you want

i wanted to get a 5 speed, but if my girlfriend or any of my family members ever needed to borrow the car, they wouldn't be able to drive it. plus, i couldn't find a good price on a 5 speed

-dougall- wrote:I WANT THOSE LS RIMS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD!

you can have them for cheap if you come and get them. i don't need them. i'm putting the z wheels from the black cav on the ls sport. i've never liked ls sport wheels

i paid 7800. it has 64k on it and the interior is in immaculate condition. blue book was about 8800.

i think i responded to everyones PMs. if i didn't, send me another one and i'll get back to you. as of right now, the trd kit is being sold to my friend justin.

i had thought about putting the kit on the ls sport, but i'm kinda outgrowing the whole body kit thing. as for the saab turbo kit, i've been watching airtonics' videos over and over again and the whine from the gm charger is just awesome. i definitely think i'm gonna go with the gm charger over a turbo setup.

i've already started saving my pennies. i should have enough for the gm charger sometime in november.

no primer for this one. the exterior is going to stay as is. all i plan on doing is removing the stupid front plate bracket, adding some clear corners, and installing my toyota tails

for those asking about the turbo kit. i'm not sure how much i want to sell it for. it would probably be somewhere in the ballpark of $2300. its still on the car, i probably won't have a chance to remove it for a week or two. odds are, i'll probably put it on ebay and see how it goes.

yesterday i decided to swap over my gravana coilovers. its going in for an alignment on thursday. here are the pics.
