Suspension Finally Installed
Sunday, July 02, 2006 7:51 PM
Well me and a guy from work did the install on a few parts. I will get video tomorrow of everything but here is a preview. I spent around 60 bucks buying new fittings and new tube for air horn and a manual guage for the back while we worked on it. Also another relay.

We installed digital air ride kit. ( 2x ) 380 cc compressers, tank, bags.. etc.. etc..
Air Horn :-)
Rear sway bar
Upper RK sport sway bar
Remounted neons ( shop did @!#$tie job )

Pics...

had to cut out peice of the metal to allow strut to fall in correct place

Had to cut a peice out for the sway bar to fit correct. Mine didn't have a stock one

Putting bushings on

Finally In.

Painting Horns

End Result

I have front sway bar, bushings and sub frame bace to put in still.. We looked at that and saw you really have to take whole front end apart and said @!#$ it. I just pay someone to do that.. lol

Comments Questions.???

I'm definately not liking the hood. Other than that everything looks good.

Hates:
The hood
The mirrors
The fenders
The flares hang low, making the car look fat/bulky instead of wide
Wheels are too small

If you took off the flares and molded them back on so they lined up with the stock wheel well lines an changed those aweful front fenders, I could live with everything else.... Ok maybe not the hood. Lol, that kills it too.

Air ride is sick.

Nice work Josh. I have a similar air ride setup goin in this week. I can't wait. Where are you gonna put the horns??

^^ already put them in. They are in the front bumper in almost the same location as the old horn.

I painted them black ( as you can see ) so you can see them.

im pretty sure you installed your rear swaybar incorrectly....unless you did it that way so it wouldnt hit the ground when you slamm it....but its not supposed to go inside the rear axle beam...
