There arent many options, a few people have tried to get new designs made but support never seems to materialize.

and there is a vented hood on the market that I'm not sure the name of, i've seen it on ebay a few times when searching for "03 cavalier hood". It's kind of like a turbosport hood but not...
Def go with the turbo sport hood. By far the best lookin hood for the 03-05 Cavys. Go look it up in the GP section, its sellin for $500 shipped I think.
