ok so the red sox were losing and i was getting pretty heaving into the good ole Budweiser, so i decided, "eh, what the hell, why not paint?" I have an old set of Enkei RS6 17"s left over from my old Sunfire. I used them for two seasons and ditched em. so tonight i dug em out and put a nice coat of "Autozone special" gunmetal on one of them. its not bad, i mean, its not going to win any car shows or anything, but should i paint the other three and maybe slap em on for a couple months? the tires are pretty much shot but might last awhile. i dunno, i kinda like it and i think it might go good with the orange. what does everyone think?

I think they look alot better, but i'll never be a fan of those wheels. Good job though!
set it up against the stocker thats on your car, it would look good imo
and what method did you use
i know there was another guy who painted those exact wheels but he went down to like the bare metal lol

i went pretty much right down to bare metal, i actually started refinishing them over a year ago, i got three of them sanded and then i got the new cavy and liked the stock 16's so much i just left these sitting in the basement. tomorrow i'll get some pics with it near the car when the sun is actually out.

Shoulda painted them like the same color as Orlandomons car, like half pink, half blue.

^wtf? lol im actually thinking of painting my wheels 2 blue and 2 pink just for kicks, since im getting new wheels sometime this year anyway.
finish em and put em on.. i did it to my stock Z wheels and i was suprised in the different look they gave the car.. one thing im glad i did was paint em..

I used to have those rims on my old cavalier for a while. I still like them a lot. I think the paint is an upgrade! Now get some tires and put them on your car!

They'll look good with your color...I'm kinda biased to orange cars with darker colored rims tho
