Progress... Little by Little

In the beginning my car was stock:

Then I lowered it on B+Gs, IRS, N-FS, and some new wheels:

Later this summer I'll swap out the front and rear ends for the 03+ style. Maybe even get it painted.
I know it's not many picts, and it looks mostly stock, but she's mine.

Handling is freaking awesome. I can't believe the difference. I was driving my sister's base Cavy the other day (FE1 stock, except for GR2s) and I was all over the road, screeching tires and taking turns way too fast. You get used to going that fast though, cause to this car, it's nothing at all.

Those are 05 Grand Prix GTP rims. Yes they are 5x115, no they don't fit stock 5x100. The N-FS and IRS leave you with 5x115 bolt patterns.

The back is too low. A result of the IRS swap. I'm looking for different springs, but I'm a little stuck. Calling Eibach and Tein later today to see if they have anything close. A IRS perch is lower than the stock perch, thus the rear is over 1" lower than it should be. Might end up with custom made springs, we'll see.

I'm not bothering painting anything yet. I don't like white cars, but the price was right, so here it is. Either later in the summer or late Fall I'm going Black Diamond (or maybe Black Sparkle, haven't decided) with an Stratto Blue and Nova Orange stripes (all HoK).

You really have to use your imagination here, so work with me people!
My photo shop skills suck the big one; but I can draw by hand alright. So I stole a picture of someone else's car, took a picture of my car from the same angle, photo-shopped it the best I could (looks terrible), took colored pencils to it, and took a picture of the final result.
The donor picture didn't have a RKSport RamAir hood, so imagine that in there too and the stripes will make a bit more sense. And we don't have plates on the front up here in MI either.

Well you get the basic idea anyway. So many plans, so little time and money.

It's hard to appreciate what you've done without following your posts. Take some more pictures of underneath.

I'd love to take a ride in that thing. I've been watching all of the progress you N/F/W body suspension swappers are making, and I'm highly considering this in the future.
