I would probably do the same thing if I was in your shoes....BUT IT JUST PISSED ME OFFFFFF! God I wanted to see that car finished!

And for those who dont understand why Im scrapping this.............The last 18 months have been he11 for me. I brought it to a local shop but after giong over things he said the car isnt worth repairing. Im going thru alot of changes in my life right now, so the car is one of them. Time to move on, maybe Ill get back into the show scene a few years down the road after I buy a house. You never know. Im just sick of dumping money into the car and not seeing results.

in all honesty , you lasted longer than alot of us would have given the same situation

even though im not a big show car person , i woulda like to have seen it finished , just to see it done


so i dont blame you 1 bit for giving in , hell all the extra you had to spend out , would have been a good down on a house , and that is a scary though

I know 2 people were interested in the shell of the car, if you guys want to PM me about it, let me know otherwise its going to the junkyard this week so I can sell my trailer since 3 people want it NOW.

To say you didn't give a damn about modding I think would be an understatement given the time and money put into the car. Sucks that a shop can cause such a horrible outcome for such a promising peice. G.L. with whatever else you do.

i have to say 8/10 peep on here dont even know what its like to loose anything of theres that they have worked on for so long. theres a few on here that worked alot on their cars by hand unlike alot of people does not know. But its really sick to see so many cut down and drive somebody down in the ground after they loose something on this forum. alot just dont understand but a very few will relate and grasp that same feeling. Sorry about the car, personally i'd sue the shop. How many others down the road will they do the same way. Its a shame to see a car with so much work be stripped. I imagine 8/10's of this club is laughin at this situation and wouldn't consider they to are a victim of this. You never know when it'll happen to you and your sitting in the front yard w/o the pride of your life - i will be missing that car on the forum. i'd definitly encourage you to not be ?@#@# maybe try another route down the road, as i've done the same thing, you've got alot of potential. Alright, if people contact me about parts in the classifieds, its first person to pay gets it, Im sick of holding stuff for people who dont have the cash right away. I need to sell this stuff fast just cuz I want it out of my garage.

Brian, Good luck with your future plans. Hopefully this didnt turn you off of the car scene all together. You have my email, so like i said, if Darren doesnt get your brakes, I will get them, right away. I got paid for some stuff this week myself, so I have the money for the brakes.
